These Terms govern your use of the Kurodo mobile applications and this website. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kurodo is a personal organization, focus, and executive-function assistant. Kurodo is not a medical device; it does not provide diagnosis or treatment. For health-related decisions, consult a qualified professional.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Kurodo.

3. Your Content

Everything you create in Kurodo (tasks, notes, recordings, photos) remains yours. You grant us only the limited technical license needed to store, sync, and process it to provide the service — nothing more.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to breach or probe our security measures.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service.

5. Subscriptions

Premium features are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the respective store under their terms. Prices are shown in-app before purchase.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy and applicable statutory retention obligations.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul.
