Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kurodo account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Option 1 — In the App (fastest)

• Open Kurodo and go to Settings.
• Tap Permanently Delete My Account.
• Confirm by typing DELETE or your email address.

Deletion runs immediately: your tasks, brain dumps, memories, photos, parked ideas, and gamification data are permanently erased.

Option 2 — By Email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@kurodo.app from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days, with confirmation sent to you.

What Is Deleted

• Account credentials and profile
• All tasks, routines, and focus history
• Brain dump recordings and transcripts
• Memory vault entries and photos
• Parked ideas, XP, streaks, and badges

What Is Retained (Legal Obligations)

• Access/traffic logs: 1–2 years (Law No. 5651, Türkiye) — restricted archive, then destroyed.
• Billing records, if any: 10 years (Tax & Commercial Codes).
• A record of the deletion itself: 3 years.

Retained records are access-restricted, used only to meet legal obligations, and destroyed when their statutory period expires.
